At High Country Land Development, Tyler and his team believe your property should work for you and reflect your vision. Based in Charles Town, West Virginia, the company was built on a passion for turning raw land into functional, lasting spaces. Tyler got his start in hardscape construction, where he learned how to build outdoor spaces that last. That experience grew into a bigger goal of helping property owners make the most of their land. Today, the team specializes in land clearing, excavation, custom homes, and equestrian facilities.
